It is very important to study and understand every detail and potential difficulty of a product before mass production begins. Therefore, after sample confirmation, we always request all detailed product requirements from the customer. For key points and difficulties, we arrange dedicated personnel to follow up, ensuring that no mistakes are made during production.

It is inevitable that minor issues may arise during the production process. Our approach, besides having quality control personnel do follow-up, workers in the subsequent production process also act as quality inspectors for the products from the previous production process. This helps prevent problems from persisting across multiple production process, thereby reducing the impact of quality issues on normal production.

All problems encountered during production are documented and archived. This allows us to prevent the same mistakes from recurring when producing similar products in the future.

For any actual discrepancies in the products, we explain them to the customer using pictures and texts, and we negotiate a proper solution together.

For finished products that have been packed into cartons, our quality control personnel will conduct random inspections again before shipment. If necessary, we can also arrange for the customer to conduct random inspections directly via video.
