Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom products? If so, what is the typical MOQ?
Yes, we do have MOQ requirements for custom orders. As we are committed to producing high-quality products, the raw materials we use must meet strict quality standards, and our material suppliers also have their own MOQs. Furthermore, if the order quantity is too small, the manufacturing cost per unit becomes exceptionally high, and other non-production related expenses also get distributed, making the unit price disproportionately expensive. The specific MOQ depends on the product, but it typically ranges from 300 to 5,000 pieces.
What are your usual trade terms?
Our common trade terms are EXW our factory in Yangjiang, FOB Shenzhen or Ningbo, China, CFR main destination port, and CIF main destination port.
What are your usual payment terms?
Our standard payment terms typically involve a deposit + balance, with the balance payable via T/T, L/C, or D/P.
What are the shipping methods for delivery?
Generally, large volume goods are shipped by sea. If a customer has an urgent need for the goods, air freight is available. For small-volume orders, economical express courier services can be used.
Is there a charge for samples?
Yes, there is a cost associated with making samples. However, for simple samples that are not expensive to produce, we may waive the sample production cost, but the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. For complex samples with high production costs, the customer will need to pay both the sample production cost and the shipping cost. In either case, once a formal order is confirmed, we can refund these sample-related costs (by deducting them from the final invoice).
What is your typical delivery lead time?
Our usual delivery time ranges from 35 to 55 days, varying depending on the specific product and order quantity. This lead time starts after all product details are finalized and we have received the required deposit. If the materials for the product need to be custom-made, the delivery time may be longer.
